Position Description:

Proforma is a rapidly growing, North American leader in the graphic communications industry with over 750 franchised sales offices. Our offices are located in Cleveland, Ohio and Tampa, Florida.

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst to join our New Owner Development team in the Tampa location. The primary role of this position is to create and manage a marketing database identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also manage a team of Data Specialists to maintain and update the lists.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create/manage distribution lists and prospecting lists

  • Merge and clean completed distribution lists from all team members and verify all records have been returned (use of vLookups)

  • Prepare list for Salesforce upload/updateManage data Team schedule of 14-16 people

  • Manually compile reports (daily, weekly or monthly)

  • Create/manage various reports from Salesforce and pivot as required (both planned and ad hoc)

  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards

  • Create and manage test environment (sandbox)

  • Train new and existing users on how to use database applications

  • Keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements

  • Provide users with technical support

  • Provide global day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration and system maintenance)

  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes

  • Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing leads, contacts and pipelines

  • Design, build, test and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, and reports within Salesforce

  • Ability to research apps from the App Exchange to determine adaptability and ability to perform a cost analysis on apps

General Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role or equivalent work experience in lead generation and database management. Candidate will be expected to demonstrate resourcefulness, strong communication skills and overall project management expertise. Must be able to quickly learn, identify, develop and implement overall target list demographics into a functioning lead generation database. Must be able to work at a fast pace and meet tight deadlines.

Computer Requirements:

PC based work environment. Must be able to learn and adapt to proprietary software systems. Microsoft Office skills required with intermediate to advanced Excel preferred.

Experience Needed:

Previous experience developing and managing a marketing lead database.

Additional Skills Preferred:

Knowledge of import wizards or data loaders to map data accurately and import into Salesforce. High level of urgency and a strong communication style is critical to the success of the individual in this position. Individual must be flexible and capable of managing multiple project requests/deadlines simultaneously.
