Position Description: Proforma is a rapidly growing, North American leader in the graphic communications industry with over 750 franchised sales offices. We are headquartered in suburban Cleveland, Ohio.
We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to fill a role on our Marketing Team. This individual will work with the sales and marketing team to develop, monitor and enhance electronic marketing programs and processes such as web content/traffic, analytics, email campaigns, video recording and editing, social media and other digital media programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development and deployment of all internal email marketing, including our weekly company eNewsletter for distribution to entire Franchise Owner and staff network.
- Email list management and processing of opt-outs in a timely fashion.
- Monitor, track and analyze performance of both internal and external email marketing campaigns.
- Video recording (using both natural backgrounds and green screen) and editing, (Adobe Premiere) for periodic video messaging out to Franchise Owner and staff network.
- Assist with company blog and social media sites content contribution and marketing.
- Assist with search engine placement (SEO/SEM), web analytics, tracking and reporting.
- Learn and teach internal proprietary electronic marketing systems and provide Franchise Owner support and trouble shooting.
- Provide customer support to Franchise Owner inquiries via phone, email and/or webinars/online conferencing

General Requirements: Interested candidates must possess a strong affinity for understanding and working with HTML for email marketing and web development, proficient with video recording (green-screen) and editing, as well as other digital media platforms such as social media marketing, search engine optimization, etc. They must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. Strong skills in customer satisfaction, communication/presentation, attention to detail and technical troubleshooting are essential.
Computer Requirements: High proficiency with Microsoft office products and a solid understanding of email marketing service providers, web tools, WordPress, DreamWeaver, intermediate HTML and CSS coding, and Adobe Premiere is required. Marketing copywriting skills are a plus. The ability and desire to learn and understand proprietary software as it relates to the daily job functions of this position is essential.
Experience Needed: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1-2 years of practical experience or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent on the job experience. Exposure to promotional products or printed items and an understanding of artwork/proofing/production a plus.
