Heather DiPrato, a 26-year industry veteran, joined Proforma in 2016 as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Business and Partner Development. Heather's focus is on recruiting top industry talent, eCommerce and technology solutions. 

Prior to joining Proforma, Heather was the Senior Vice President at Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI), where she worked with industry distributors in all phases of their business cycle. Her experience ranges from talent acquisitions and business consulting to developing website, eCommerce and technology solutions. Heather's efforts have led to millions of dollars in recurring annual revenue, while saving clients tens of millions in operational inefficiencies.
