Position Description:
Proforma is a global solutions provider in the print and promotional industry. With more than 650 offices and 50,000 clients worldwide, we partner with an extensive network of manufacturers and suppliers to provide solutions in branding.

Proforma is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative/Account Manager to be a part of our team. This person will be working for Stan Miller & Associates powered by Proforma in Cleveland and will be responsible for handling day-to-day CSR duties including: phone and email support, marketing campaigns, branding strategy, database, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, product research, and quoting
  • Phone and email communication with customers, outside sales reps, and vendors
  • Facilitate online store orders and tracking inventory
  • Maintain brand standards and logos for customers
  • Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong computer and organizational skills are essential Self-management skills, punctuality, and ability to meet customer deadlines
  • Strong computer and organizational skills. Windows based company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
  • Integrity and creativity
