In 1988, when Proforma was making calls to generate new business the gentleman they spoke with referred Proforma to the owner of a local bank.

Since 1963, this bank has been dedicated to providing customers with quality service and the personal attention they deserve. As a locally owned, independent bank with 2 locations, they are responsive to their customers and pride themselves in finding flexible solutions for their financial needs.

Soon after the initial meeting, Proforma began supplying the bank with envelopes. Slowly, Proforma began providing them with a few more items, and within six months, Proforma was the supplier for the majority of their printed paper goods.

As the bank’s orders grew, Proforma knew that they needed an inventory program to save them ordering time and headaches. Within just a few months, Proforma helped the bank implement an inventory plan that eliminated the risk that the bank would ever run out of needed business forms & documents—all at no additional cost to the bank.

Today, Proforma still supplies and maintains all of the bank’s internal printed paper goods including envelopes, deposit slips, withdrawal slips, cash in/out slips, statement paper, teller envelopes, and NSF notice. And thanks to the inventory management system, the bank has never run out of any of its mission-critical business forms.
