Position Description:
Proforma is a leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 30 years of experience, and is recognized as one of the industry’s top leaders. We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.
Working for one of our Chicago locations (near Harwood Heights), the Customer Service Representative will handle the general day-to-day office duties and will provide support to sales reps, customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
Provide support via email and phone
Maintain relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Process, enter and follow-up on orders using various programs
Requirements:
Promotional products or printing industry experience is a must
Excellent communication abilities, strong computer and organizational skills are essential
Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
