Position Description:
Proforma is a leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 30 years of experience, and is recognized as one of the industry’s top leaders. We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.
The Bookkeeper is responsible for supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and developing/implementing systems for analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information. This is an immediate position and we need someone who can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Handle all payroll activities; sales and payroll taxes, commissions and general accounting
Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
Design, implement and oversee adherence to office policies/procedures
Requirements:
Promotional products or printing industry experience is a plus
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is a must (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
Telephone communication with customers, sales reps and vendors
