Proforma Position: Administrative Assistant

Position Description:
Proforma is a leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 30 years of experience, and is recognized as one of the industry’s top leaders. We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.

The Administrative Assistant will be working for Proforma Albrecht & Co. in Cincinnati, OH and is responsible for administrative functions and assisting with various data projects. The position involves entering data, communicating with customers, vendors and visitors, working in Microsoft Outlook & Excel and other items TBD. This is a fast paced – high volume position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a high energy team.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

• Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task

• Ability to research and problem solve

Responsibilities:

• Processing information that comes in from email, fax & web submission

• Must work efficiently and effectively, both independent and as a team

• Communication with customer service & management to clarify information

• Enter orders into a proprietary software

• Process client orders and provide daily order update reports using Excel

• Ability to work occasional overtime

• Additional duties as assigned
