Position Description:

We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.
The Customer Service Representative will be working for Proforma Albrecht & Co. in Cincinnati and is responsible for handling the day-to-day general office duties and providing telephone support to customers, outside sales reps and vendors. Proforma Albrecht & Co. is the largest franchise in North America and has been recognized as the best place to work by Counselor Magazine.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential
Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. Adobe Illustrator is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tool
Responsibilities:
Product research, sourcing and quoting
Telephone communication with vendors to generate ideas and get pricing
Product presentations to clients using Word, ESP and PowerPoint
Process client orders using Excel
Provide daily order update reports
Additional duties as assigned
