Position Description:
Proforma is a leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 30 years of experience and is recognized as one of the industry’s top leaders. We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.

Working for Proforma GBP based in Dayton OH, the Client Services Representative is responsible for day-to-day general office duties and provides telephone support to clients/vendors. With the flexibility to work from home, our CSRs will provide excellent communication through phone and email, track orders in progress, and assist sales reps with appointment setting and product research. This position is considered “Part-Time independent contractor”. Contracted work hours are 24-32 hours per week on a regular schedule of M-T, 9:00am-4:45pm. A CSR earns $12.00 per hour to start plus 2% commission on sales made and 2% annual cash bonus target.

Responsibilities:

  • Product research/sourcing/quoting
  • Telephone/email communication with clients/vendors
  • Process orders & provide daily order update reports
  • Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent communication/customer service/organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer; Adobe PDF, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects/multi-task
  • Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tools
