Position Description:
Proforma is a leader in the printing and promotional products industry with over 30 years of experience, and is recognized as one of the industry’s top leaders. We sell business products that every company needs including promotional products, business documents, commercial print, office supply products and e-solutions.

The Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be working for one of our offices based in the Minneapolis area and will handle general day-to-day office duties while providing support to sales reps, customers and vendors. This is a part-time position (with future potential for full-time work) that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work from home with occasional in-office meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Product research, sourcing and quoting
  • Telephone communication with vendors to generate ideas and get pricing
  • Process client orders and provide daily order update reports
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the printing and/or promotional products industry is a must (candidates without this experience will not be contacted)
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
  • Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tools
