Brian Smith, a
graduate of John Carroll University, and a CPA, joined the company in 1995 and directs
the development of the operating, accounting and computer systems to meet the growing demands
of the organization. Mr. Smith works extensively with the Proforma Executive Team to facilitate
and coordinate daily efforts toward meeting the Company’s strategic plan. Prior to
joining the company, Mr. Smith was the Manager of Corporate Accounting for Revco D.S., Inc.,
a $5.5 billion retail drug store chain.
Prior to his position with Revco, Mr. Smith was a
division controller for LDI Corporation and spent six years with the international accounting
firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (predecessor to Deloitte & Touche). |
